UPDATE March 2022:

A Special General Meeting regarding the dissolution of the Society will be held

March 17th, at 4:00 pm

at the old Art Gallery above the library. The agenda will address:

1. The dissolution of the current society and Board at a Special General Meeting
2. The allocation of resources, items, materials, assets, etc
   The allocation of remaining finances to qualified recipient(s) as defined by the Act
3. The need to write a letter to the Registrar’s office
4. The support that can be provided to our artists
5. And opening the floor to any members who may want to carry on the Gallery under new management by whatever style may be possible.
